Abstract

The integration of Information Technology (IT) into medical education is critical for preparing healthcare professionals to navigate the digital transformation of healthcare. Traditional teaching methods, often reliant on in-person departmental structures, face limitations in scalability, accessibility, and adaptability. This article proposes a comprehensive methodology for teaching IT in medicine entirely within a digital educational environment, eliminating the need for physical departmental involvement. By leveraging online learning platforms, virtual simulations, and collaborative digital tools, this approach aims to improve accessibility, engagement, and practical competency. The methodology is supported by evidence from recent studies, pilot programs, and technological advancements, demonstrating its potential to revolutionize medical education in the digital age.
