In this article, as a way to fight against crime, the necessity of resocialization of persons released from penal institutions, the importance of the principle of differentiation in the process of re-socialization, the specific aspects of working with ex-convict women, the problems they face and ways to overcome them analyzed as a result of studying the experience of different foreign countries. As a result of these analyses, suggestions and recommendations were developed to eliminate the identified problems.
