This scientific article describes the economic importance and necessity of foreign direct investments in the development of the national economy. In recent years, the amount of investments attracted to the economy of Uzbekistan and their development trends have been analyzed. A scientific proposal and practical recommendations aimed at stimulating the attraction of foreign investments in the development of the economy are presented.
