The scientific article is devoted to the issues of sentencing for minor gambling. In this case, a differentiated approach to sentencing is used depending on the amount, the participant in gambling, national traditions of gambling, as well as the process of organizing these games. Based on practical and scientific research and their critical assessment, recommendations have been developed for improving the criminal legal tools for combating the organization and conduct of gambling for small amounts.
