Abstract

In this article the multifaceted nature of high-level athletic performance, encompassing physical, cognitive, and psychological components, demands a comprehensive assessment strategy that transcends conventional metrics. Traditional methods often focus on quantifiable physical parameters, such as strength, endurance, and speed, neglecting the subtler but equally critical aspects like mental resilience, strategic thinking, and emotional well-being. The absence of standardized tools for measuring these diverse outcomes limits the ability to conduct a holistic evaluation of training program efficacy.
