PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS BASED ON THE POSSIBILITY OF AEROBICS

A theoretical analysis of the problems of physical education of students of the network generation is presented. The issues of designing and implementing pedagogical technology using a complex of recreational aerobics tools are considered. The hierarchy of the content components of education is given; the types of aerobics most in demand in universities, their place in the system of physical education; the model of pedagogical activity for the design, organization and conduct of the educational process at the university.
