THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE ANTICORRUPTION “COMPLIANCE CONTROL” SYSTEM IN THE EARLY DETECTION AND RESOLUTION OF CORRUPTION CASES IN UZBEKISTAN

The article, through scientific and analytical comparison, highlights the preventive measures implemented in the state policy in the field of combating corruption in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the essence of legal documents in this direction, the “compliance control” system implemented in state organizations, positive achievements, existing problems and perspective plans.
The article also describes the implementation of this system in our domestic practice on the example of national legislation, measures implemented by the Agency for combating corruption in order to effectively organize the activities of “compliance control” structures,the content of the “Anti-bribery management standard” ISO 37001:2016, related issues.
At the end of the article the existing problems in a more effective organization of “compliance control” structures activity and scientific and practical proposals and recommendations aimed at their prevention are indicated.
