Abstract

Tuberculosis, which has become a problem among the population especially between 5-14 years of age and is killing people regardless of treatment measures, is on the rise today. Primary tuberculosis is the process developed as a result of the first exposure of the human body to the tubercle bacillus, called primary tuberculosis.   It is determined by the development of the process, the immunobiological characteristics of the macroorganism, the number and virulence of mycobacterium tuberculosis, and the time of exposure.

As a result of the immune barrier associated with innate natural resistance in the human body, 90-95% of people infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis do not develop tuberculosis. It is completed with the development of specific small changes that go through Zim.  This process manifests as a disease in an organism that is not immunologically immune and is not vaccinated against TB.  Primary tuberculosis symptoms are often found among children and adolescents. The negative changes in tuberculosis epidemiology observed in Uzbekistan in recent years indicate that primary tuberculosis types are more common among children.
