Abstract
Currently, the housing and utilities sector is one of the energy-intensive industries, consuming about a third of the country's fuel and energy resources. It is necessary to search and develop new enclosing elements that implement modern scientific ideas about heat and mass transfer processes in specific temperature and climatic conditions. There is no doubt that for multi-storey construction this can be achieved by using multilayer fences with porous thermal insulation materials, with a priori established functional purpose of the layers.
