Abstract

The article examines innovative teaching methods in a medical college aimed at improving the quality of education and training highly qualified specialists. Modern approaches, such as the use of simulation technologies, interactive teaching aids and distance learning, are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of interdisciplinary courses and project-based learning, which contribute to the development of critical thinking and practical skills in students. Examples of successful implementation of innovative methods in the educational process, as well as their impact on the motivation and involvement of students, are analyzed. The article emphasizes the need for constant updating of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of modern healthcare and the labor market.
