PROTECTION OF JUSTICE FROM FALSIFICATION OF EVIDENCE BY MEANS OF CRIMINAL LAW

This article discusses the problems of protecting justice from falsification of evidence by means of criminal law. Analyzes the criminal law norms of foreign countries that determine criminal liability for intentional falsification (forgery) of evidence. The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative legal analysis of criminal law norms of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a number of foreign countries. In the criminal law of foreign countries, not only the falsification of the materials of criminal cases, but also the collection of evidence on the materials of civil, economic and administrative cases, and the deliberate introduction and distortion of false information in documents or materials during the examination and assessment, and criminal liability is also established for falsification expressed in misrepresentation were analysed.
