Abstract

This article reveals dance movement therapy (DMT) - a type of psychotherapy that uses the means of dance culture: movement, rhythm, postures, gestures, composition, etc., for the comprehensive personal development of a person: eliminating complexes, changing behavior patterns, group interaction , expressions of emotions and feelings, including the identification by the patient/client of unconscious needs for analysis.
