In this article indicate that athletes under the tailored programs demonstrated statistically significant improvements in both general physical preparedness and specific performance metrics compared to their counterparts in the control group. Qualitative assessments further revealed enhanced psychological well-being and motivation among the experimental group, attributing these benefits to the personalized nature of their training schedules. Conclusively, the findings advocate for the integration of individualized training programs in high-performance sports settings.
