Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the role and importance of fiction in the education of children of preschool age, their aesthetic upbringing, as well as the specific features and forms of children's literature in the growth of speech of children of preschool age. It is stated that fiction is one of the most important means of comprehensive development of the personality of a preschool child, the content of a work of art expands a child's worldview, the role of a book in forming interest in a work of art in children of pre-school age, and in educating a careful attitude to books. In addition, the functions of works of art and consists of explaining the stages.
