Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания и атеросклероз остаются одной и той же причиной инвалидности и смертности в мире. Изучение сосудистой дисфункции эндотелия сосудов и гиперлипопротеинемии при экспериментальном атеросклерозе. Опыт проведен на 28 кроликах средней массой шиншиллы 2,5-3,0 кг. Действие препарата четкое и динамичное: первые 3 мес и 1 мес после первого приема. Полученные результаты сравнивали с результатами контрольной и интактной групп. Длительное применение холестерина сопровождается развитием гипертриглицеридемии, эффект которой зависит от продолжительности эксперимента. Важную роль в развитии эндотелиальной дисфункции при гиперхолестеринемии играют снижение синтеза эндотелиального оксида азота и увеличение его активных радикалов, модификация липопротеидов низкой плотности и ix отологение в эндотелии сосудов.
